Record, manage, re-create and analyse voice transactions

DataVoice systems capture, manage and re-create the crucial information that is an essential part of a business' daily contact with its customers and other companies to ensure the quality of customer interaction, for legal purposes and in support of business processes.

What is even more exciting about the technology’s capabilities is the 4th dimension – Speech analysis.

Spescom DataVoice has been involved in speech analysis research and development for more than 15 years. This wealth of experience has enabled the production of refined speaker and word recognition applications that enhance the value of existing solutions.

DataVoice solutions are designed to satisfy transaction recording requirements in organisations such as Contact Centres, Trade Floors, Emergency Services, Utilities and Government.
